Our staff team is deep rooted in skills and professionalism. The aggressive team strives all along to strike a balance between our online presence and physical in person presence. We are committed to having a diverse community of staff inspired to support the delivery of our agenda.
Through our contact points/lines, our dedicated staff team ensures customer issues are addressed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have targeted training programmes aimed at ensuring that our staff skills and personal development are accorded adequate attention and support.
Linecherry Vibrant Community
As an entity with a lot of interest in community empowerment, we have endeavored to give back to the community through sustainable development projects around our operational areas. We continue to offer solutions to the growing socio-economic problems in Africa. Ensuring capacity building especially among women and those in disadvantaged social and financial state. We have established valuable links with our key stakeholders and together form a vibrant coffee community in Kenya and beyond. This association is driven by passion and aggressiveness in meeting the ever growing demands within the coffee industry. Notable achievements emanating from the community overtime include capacity building among coffee farmers and strict adherence to global standards and quality compliance.
Large and Small Coffee Farmers:
They are essential in the achievement of our mission. We value every coffee farmer, specifically those in our portfolio of delivery. They are the source of the product and for this reason we set base and aggressively work round the clock in all coffee growing regions within our network to ensure great care for the bean. Our farmer support programmes include sensitization, capacity building and environmental sustainability.
Knowledge and Educational Institutions:
Sustainability is largely founded on knowledge especially in the area of supply chain development. In this regard, we value our association and collaboration with knowledge building institutions. In collaboration with these institutions we have built knowledge hubs that are fundamental in exploring trends and sustainable technologies for enhanced coffee production and business.
Coffee traders and Exporters:
Linecherry is privileged to be a member of the vibrant large business community of coffee traders and exporters in East Africa. The community brings together coffee millers, Equipment suppliers and regulatory authorities mainly focused on management, operational financing and targeted quality assurance, market regulation as well as sales and purchase. The community is behind coffee market stability and sustainability
The Consumer Community:
This community is pivotal to Linecherry’s mission achievement. We believe that, our current achievements are due to the satisfaction of consumers in our products and services. The coffee customer community is dynamic and technologically empowered with their needs growing and changing every day. We engage them actively on social media channels that make this community vibrant and paramount.
